    In my opinion, any weightloss decision should be based primarily on health, and secondarily on looks. Get blood work done. Do you have high glucose? High Blood Pressure, or Cholesterol? If so then weightloss should be in the cards for you if you are overweight to begin with. Use exercise, and a low cholesterol/carb diet.

    Well yes many women, Ok almost all of them are worried about their appearance and I think this is something that cannot be changed.

    I guess in the end even if your overweight there are ways to look absolutely dishy. Its also being healthy and fit. You can be skinny and a complete wreck. That wont be that sexy would it.

    Precisely!I tried to crushed diet before to shed some pounds and it did a lot of harm than good.If you can pull off that chubby-sexy look and you feel that you are healthier and can perform better with your weight, then I guess there is no need to look slim.But to each his own anyway.Just always ask for medical opinion to be on the safe side.

    I really dont think there is a need to lose weight if your a bit overweight.

    Its mainly a mental thing and is something that will never go away. I think the main reason for is that there are not many wise people out when it comes to weight issues.

    We really dont have to lose weight but I think there are times when obesity apart from being a subject of taunt also seen as incompetency and lack of discipline and that can hurt a lot and in a big way.

    But in the end people should not think less of them just because they are over weight.

    I think there are times when we do feel that we have to lose weight because someone passed some kind of a remark but I think in the need it does not matter as long as you are healthy.

    It does not matter then.
