Get away - to Brisbane!!
29 October 2007It’s been ages since I’ve been to Brisbane (Last time was for my Mother In Law’s funeral.. so I’m not counting that!) There is so much to see and do,andlet’s face it the weather is so brilliant that’s it’s worth just visiting somehwere warm and pleasant to relax! The Stradbroke Islands, Moreton Bay and beaches on the sunshine coast are just some of the great natural wonders in the Brisbane area, and just for something different, the theme parks and wineries in the Hinterlands will keep kids and adults all enteretained and having a fantastic time!
Brisbane Accommodation is easy to come by on the Cheaper than hotels site, as are Adelaide Hotels. Hotels in Adelaide are themselves a tourist attraction, many being historic guest houses with a history and charm all oftheir own. Adelaide has many attractions that may be a little more low key than Brisbane, however the Adelaide arts festival in march every year is really worth a look for the art lovers amonsgst us. Wineries are also an attraction for the more refined, while the kids will enjoy tram rides to Glenelg and car racing, along with cruises on the magical Murray River.
